How to copy my DB (with data) to another DB with another name in the same instance of SQL Server 2008 R2 Express? + Backup script?

I have two small questions which properly are super simple, but yet I am unsure how to do it.
I am using SQL Server 2008 R2 Express with SSMS Express.
These are my two questions:
1). I have a database which I would like to copy (with data) to another database in the same SQL Server 2008 R2 Express instance and naturally give the new database a new name. How do I do that?
2). As a little second question then I would also like to generate a script/file which copies my database with it's contents, so that by running the script/file I can recreate the database. How do I do that?
