I have two web applications. The first one www.myfirstsite.com has a form where the user types in their name. If that persons name happens to be "Bill Gates" I want to forward that user on to www.myverycoolsite.com which also has a place for the user to type in their name. I want www.myverycoolsite.com to already have the name that was entered from www.myfirstsite.com filled in on the form. The catch is that it needs to be secure (ie I can't pass the value in a querystring).
Is this possible? I have not been able to find anything like this. In my experience that either means it is really easy and I'm totally missing something, or it is not possible. If it is possible, can someone provide a sample?
