Hello!
I have developed an ASP.NET 2 Web Application with Forms Authentication (Membership Provider, Role Provider, etc.) enabled to control among other things the visibility of menuitems in the menu by user. Now there is an external developed portal where a user needs also to sign in.
On this portal a hyperlink to my portal should be placed to open my application with dynamic data queried by ID.
Now my question: Is it possible to place a hyperlink with parameters in this portal, where beside the id of the database record the authentication informations can be send to my application to get a single sign on feeling?
