I am receiving the above error message when trying to upload a large file. (40 MG)
I have done the following:
a) maxRequestLength has been set to 250000 for testing purposes.
b) memoryLimit has been set to to 5000 for testing purposes.
c) I watch the aspnet process in the task manager and unfortunately it does not die at a consistent memory mem usage size, despite repeated attempts to upload the same file.

Everything works fine for small files. After I have made these changes I have rebooted the server to ensure a cached version of machine.config is not be used - however, I don't believe the file is cached anyway. The server has ample memory (1GB) and plenty of disk space, processor power, etc.
