Listbox Width Bug in IE7

Hi,
I have a list box which contains number of items. There is a case when width of list box Item is greater than width of list box. In that case mozilla expands automatically where as IE7 does not expands automatically.
Check out the following image, here Selected item is "health care - medical records, health IT & Informatics" , Mozilla is displaying this perfectly by expanding list box automatically where as IE is not showing the same.

Any one have any idea????
