If I create a new FormsAuthenticationTicket using this constructor:
public FormsAuthenticationTicket(

DateTime issueDate,
DateTime expiration,
bool isPersistent,

)

I have to set the "expiration." Now in the MS documentation, it says the expiration is the "local date & time."
So let's say my server is in Cambridge, and it's 5PM here. I set the expiration to 5:30PM.
Now, a user from London logs in, and it's 9PM there. Will there be an issue with the forms ticket?
