How to bind CSV files to ASP Security controls

Hello ASP developers,

I am working on a website for a small organization, the organization's data is contained in CSV files.  I have created a connection string to the CSV files and can bind them to the SQL data controls, i.e., DataGrid, and DataView.  The next step is to provide login security and several roles based on membership in the organization.   My problem is how to accomplish this task; I would appreciate any help that you could provide.
