multiple values in session variable

CAn session variable store multiple values to pass to another page ? How ?
If yes, how can i retrieve those values in another page ?
 i wanted to pass multiple values from gridview to another page..
whats the best way ?... ( all values i want to pass are to be taken from grid only...NOT from Textbox or label used in grid)
