Extra Spaces while rendering xsl as HTML

Hi ,

I am writing an aspx page which has a XML control and renders an XSL page usning XML data.

In my XSL I have the following tag :

<TD VALIGN="MIDDLE"><IMG BORDER="0" src="test.gif" mce_src="test.gif"/></TD>

But when I try to render the XSL into HTML, ASP.Net is rendering an extra space after the <IMG> tag

                       <TD VALIGN="MIDDLE">
                        <IMG BORDER="0" src="test.gif" mce_src="test.gif"/>
                      </TD>

Can anybody please tell me ...
