A DropDownList that can also input Text

Hello,

I would like to implement a DropDownList that can also be used to input Text.

 Here is my scenario:

I have a drop down list that provides some helpful options. However, if what the user needs is not in the options available, he can type his answer and submit the result.

Can please advise if this is possible?
