How To Derive Decimal Amount In Word

 Hello,

    I have one decimal field "Amount" which is in India Rs. i have fetch that field and get to it's word format means amount in word for receipt,like "Amount" have value 15430.65 for that i want something like this "Fifteen Thousand four hundread thirty only" in C#.
plz help me.
