Need to modify VB code to save Jpeg's with incremental and/or DateTime stamped filenames

Need to modify VB code save Jpeg's with NUmbered (Incremented) filenames and/or DateTime stamped filenames.

Right now the existing VB code I have uses GUID to generates a "random" filename, Instead I want a Numbered and

or Dated filename.

for instance:

20091015_131644_001.jpg     <--(Date_Time_NumberIncrement)
20091015_131551_002.jpg

Or something along those lines...
