ArrayList

I am developing an ASP.NET sign-in sheet, where the user can select the appropriate meeting from a dropdown, then scan a members ID card.  The scan will capture the member ID and store it in an ArrayList.  When the user hits the submit button, via some code behind, the ID of the meeting from the dropdown is appended to the member ID and separated by a comma.  Each subsequent member scanned is then separated by a semi-colon.  For example: 123456,321;234567,321 -- in this example, there are two members (123456 and 234567), and the meeting ID is 321.  What I'd like to do upon hitting the submit button is have these values sent back to the database in their respective fields.  I have the stored procedure setup to insert the records, but I can't figure out how to parse the comma-delimited values?  Please help.
