User in Role(s)

Hi.

 I Hope someone can clarify me on this:

First -

 I have an authentificated User and there are entries in the user and membership table for that user with the ID1. The membership table associates the user wit the LoginApp. There are also other applications and some roles defined for them. After the user is added in the role, there is a second entry in the Users table with the same user name, but different Id and application id (it is the id of the application that defines those roles). What is the meaning of those additional entries?

 Second-

After creating a new user there are allways 2 users with different id's but same names. One user is associated with the "/" ApplicationName and other one with the correct ApplicationName (i.e LoginApp). How to avoid this or the force the logic not to create "/" and "LoginApp" at the same time? Or is this normal behavior? (i have defiend the app ...
