How do I put variable value in HyperLink

I am setting a variable value in my code behind and want to use it in a HyperLink.  I am able to use database fields using Eval("column name") but having trouble with syntax for calling a variable.  FSBOCity is not a database field, it is delcared:  string FSBOState;
