I am using VWD 2005 Express edition with Visual Basic. Please do not submit any answer out of this plaform.
Problem: I do have a form that after submitted it feed a database table with valuable data. When this is done the page refresh, the panel containing the form hide it, and display a message like this "Your information was entered into our database ..bla bla bla" The problem that I am facing is that if I refresh this page, now with the displaying message, even though is not displaying the form but the message, it keep entering the information that was in the form to the database as many times as you press the refresh button. If I click refresh 100 times, the entered data that came from the form will be entered 100 times. How can I avoid this. This is a perfect scenario for spamming.
