DataTable.Compute() OR DataTable.Select()

Hi Guys

Im trying to query my DataTable using the above two methods.

My DataTable looks like;

col col2 col3 col4 col5 col6
john 12 smith 640 12 580
joe 123 bloggs 670 15 581
mike 25 smith 0 0 582

Does any know how i would query this table using datatable.compute or datatable.select
e.g "WHERE col6 = 581" this should give me just one row
(the second one). Then stick this filtered data into a new table??

Any ideas people??
