hi everybody.
I have the web.sitemap file, and I use it as a datasource for my Menu element on master page.
one of the nodes in web.sitemap is intended to be seen only by users with Administrators role.
so, in this xml node in my web.sitemap I added attribute: roles="Administrators". And I have created role with such name in my database.
my web.sitemap nodes look like:
<siteMapNode url="item1.aspx" title="Item1" />
<siteMapNode url="item2.aspx" title="Item2" />
...
<siteMapNode url="~/admin/default.aspx" title="Admin" roles="Administrators" />
but,unfortunately, I always can see the "Admin" menu item in my menu, no matter if I log in as anonymous user, or as user with "Administrators" role.
