setting lable text as a link

Hi i have a label on my page called lblpreview, i want to set it as a link to an audio file in my data base..
the name of the audio file has been retrieved and stored in the variable 'prev'
so at this point prev = 'audio1.mp3'
im trying to set the label text to link to it but having no luck....
lblPreview.Text = <a href ="../audio/" ...
