Hi,
I'm new to .NET. I have a page that displays list of news articles, once an article title is clicked the page reloads and displays the news content.
I'm struggling giving a different class name for the current news item. I want an IF statement or something to compare the querystring with the news ID, and if it maches then a different class name should be given to the anchor tag to make the link highlighted.
Here is my code, and I hope to get help on this soon. Thanks
<asp:Repeater runat="server" ID="rpNews">
<ItemTemplate>
<a href='news.aspx?pid=<%#Eval("pubid") %>' class="news_header">
<%#Eval("title") %>
</a>
</ItemTemplate>
</asp:Repeater>
Code behind:
using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.Configuration;
using Sys ...
