I have several textboxes and checkboxes and a Search button in my aspx page.If the user enters the form fields(textboxes..etc) and clicks the button, a gridview will be displayed based upon the criteria entered.
The GridView has paging enabled and has several hypelink columns.Upon clicking the hyperlink , user will be taken to another aspx page.On closing that aspx page, the user will be taken back to the first page.
Now, the user will see the gridview with state maintained,i.e., if the user was in 2nd page of Grid,he will be taken back to 2nd page itself.This is achieved by calling the Search button click event.Now ,the issue is that if the user again clicks the Search button, he will be in the 2nd page itself, instead of 1st page.
How to solve this?
