IIS Root Applcatin Web Configuration applies to sub directories

Hi,
I published my application in root folder(C:\inetpub\wwwroot\)
And a created another application and published in the following folder.

But AbcApp(C:\inetpub\wwwroot\AbcApp\) web config referencing the webconfig in (C:\inetpub\wwwroot\) ...
