Create a New Page Programmatically

Hi.
I want to do this (simplified for clarity):
Have a form with a TextBox and a Button Enter a Page Name (such as NewPage) into the TextBox, then hit the button A physical file called NewPage.aspx (preferably with associated CodeBehind, NewPage.aspx.cs file, although this is not necessary) is created on the web server.  
Possible? Sample code?
