Hi, I'm having problems using an Ajax script that I've used several times before. The difference here is that I'm developing on the ASP.NET development server as opposed to IIS as I normally use (for reasons I won't bore you with I can't switch to IIS at this point).
Basically my web service is not returning to the Ajax call.
When xmlHttp.readyState == 4, the xmlHttp status is 404 (not found).
After a bit of debugging, I can only assume that it's because I'm using the web development server with a specified port number that's causing me problems.
Can any one confirm this behaviour and maybe suggest a solution?
