Writing file to browser needs write permissions to show file

 Hi all,
 
I have a page called GetFile.aspx which does the simple job of converting the aspx document into either a word or PDF file for downloading of viewing online (dependant on user browser settings) but im having an issue where the file im including must have write access for it to be opened and shown in the browser.
