Help with binding on dynamic controls

Hello,
 
I have a several dynamic controls based on a label to show text for the whole page and a nested repeater with labels. I'm loading them using markup buttons on a page and it seems as working well.
 
All data to feed those controls retrieved from db.
 
But, when I'm trying to load controls using the same data from db to modify the text etc. then the only first control (the text area) appears with the populated data but all other bound controls (text areas, gridview) after  clicking markup buttons on a loading page appear empty including that first text area that appeared with the data before.
Could anybody advise how the binding could be done.
