Forms auth and problems with navigation using HyperLink1.NavigateUrl = ~/HelpDesk/ErrorInsert.aspx?id=-1

I have Forms authentication.  I also have

<forms loginUrl="~/Login.aspx" timeout="60" name="AdAuthCookie" path="/" defaultUrl="~/MainForm.aspx" protection="All">

<authorization>
<deny users="?" />

</authorization>

on my web.config file.
When I passed auth I see a MainForm.aspx. Everything is ok. But I have a HyperLink on my MasterPage.Master and I want to move from MainForm.aspx to ErrorInsert.aspx (when I passes auth successfully of course) using HyperLink1.NavigateUrl = ~/HelpDesk/ErrorInsert.aspx?id=-1
So I can't do it, because this message is on browser's address string  http://localhost:3315/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fHelpDesk%2fErrorInser.aspx%3fid%3d-1&id=-1
