Roles and Access Permissions

Hi all
I am fluent with the Sql Membership, Roles and Profile providers -I use them all the time. But, I have been given a task to implment AccessPermissions for a project I am working on at work.
I am just running into a thought process problem as I am not sure of how to start or implement this. I was thinking something like a new Sql Table:
Maybe someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks

Note - I know the syntax is not correct but its just a quick and dirty example and these are just rough ideas.

Permissions Sql Table

PermissionID int, RoleID guid, ModuleID int, CanRead bit, CanEdit bit, CanDelete bit + Others
