I created a theme called 'default' (and also one called 'admin'), added an images directory and a css file.  The css file has some classes in it that have a line like background-image: url(images/nav.png).  For any pages that I create in the root directory selecting the theme at creation of the webform everything looks fine.  When I create a subdirectory and create a webform in the new folder using the same theme the css file is picked up along with the skin file but none of the images show up.  I can only assume it has something to do with not being able to find the image because the directory location moved off the root of the website.  Has anyone ever seen anything like this - I can't for the life of me figure out why my images won't show up.  All of the rest of the css is getting applied.  Very odd.  Thanx!
