Problem when starting a Process

Hi,

I have an exe file for Log file parsing. When the exe is called from the Command Prompt along with the argument it works fine. But when the same exe is given as the FileName and the arguments is specified in the Process.StartInfo, the shell window comes and vanishes within a fraction of a second. So, neither it creates the file (as the .exe normally does when executed from the shell prompt), nor it gives any Error Messages (Rather I am not able to view the error messages). I've tried all prop. like 'Redirect Standard Output' and Redirect Standard Error' - Nothing works out. Pls help me out.
