System.Web.Script.Services namespace doesn't exist

Howdy, I have recently installed the MS Ajax 1.0 and the codeplex AjaxToolKit.  I can use all the new controls without any problems.  However I tried to add a webservice and things went bad.  The WebService itself works great if I query from the .asmx, but the AutoCompleteExtender fails to pop results on my page.
 
I've traced this back to not having the line [System.Web.Script.Services] in my WebService .cs file.

Heres the kicker: the System.Web.Script.* namespace isn't registered on my system (Nor is the older Microsoft.Web.Script).  I did a standard install of the two Ajax pieces, what did I screw up?
