Password Recovery Problem (email wont work)

Hi guys,

I cant get my passord recovery control to send an email to the user once they request their password. I just get an error page come up instead.

Enable Password Retrieval is set to 'true' on my web.config file and I'm using the password format 'Clear' so it should work.

Heres what the membership section of my web.config file looks like:
