Is using the Dispose() function on connection objects enough?

Is using the Dispose() function on connections and command objects enough to completely destroy them or do I have to set them to Nothing afterwards?

Do I have to Close or set DataReader objects to Nothing after use?

What about DataAdapters or any other Data objects which I haven't listed?
