Hi All,
I am working on a portal called www.LearnersSpace.com .In this application I need to raise some procedure when the no of tests taken of an user exceeds 5 I have to send an email to the user that the user is eligible for the certification.
For the above scenario my PL adviced me to develop an event .So why to develop an event ? When a simple procedure can suffice this need.
Please explain what are the situations to develop custom events?
What is the difference between creating an event and calling a simple procedure?
