file upload control

hi.  I made a control to allow me to upload a file from one directory to another.  You can see the code here if you like (works great!)

Now, I have one problem that I am doing this for work on a network drive, and it is not allowing me to upload to the directory I need due to permissions denied...is there a  solution to that??
