How to migrate table schema and data from SQL Express to SQL Compact

I have created a database in a C# application using SQL Express. I now see that SQL Express does not meet the needs of the application and I need to migrate to SQL Compact. I do not see any way of migrating the data, nor even exporting it. SQL Manager Studio will not open the SQL Express file. How can I perform the migration?Thanks. ...
