Hi everyone, I'm relatively new to .NET so my problem may be a trivial one but i spent two days trying to resolve this problem and I had no luck. I have a very complex page that grew so big it is getting very hard to work with it so I have tried my best to split the code into few files but there doesn't seem any way of doing so. If you could help I would be grateful;
On my first attempt I tried to move some of my code into a Default2.cs file which I placed in the App_Code location but I'm getting compiler error CS0103: The name 'notWorking' does not exist in the current context. I tried to move my Default.aspx.cs to App_Code but that was also illegal. After that failed I have created a partial class MyClass as shown below in a Class1.cs and Class2.cs files, that worked great with exception that there is no way for me to access the controls from the Default.aspx page.
It there any way to split the code behind that works somewhat ?
