summary AND SAVE

 i have a 2 dropdownlist 3 text boxes in an html table row
 i wil enter the values in it
  i have a link button downside
  when i clik on it, the values i entered should come as a summary above(say gridview having edit option)  so that i can enter values in the above said controls again
 which will come on grid view as next row
 At the end i have to store the values in the gridview into database.

Is it possible to do this without any post back.Please advise me to do this in the most appropriate way.
