This page couldn't be much simpler. I have a standard formview attached to an SQL data source. The form has one view, Insert. On submit, it should post to the database and show/hide a couple items on the page.
Whenever the insert button is clicked, the form doesn't clear itself. I have events in the Inserted event, and they do not fire. Checking the database, a record IS inserted, but with null values in every field. If the insert button is clicked a second time, an error appears saying, "The state information is invalid."
I'll post the code below, but the script is so simple and straight-forward, I'm not sure something else isn't causing the problem.
Any suggestions?
