Hi I am writing Unit Tests for data provider in my Project.Initially I have written the tests whether the contrlos on the page are accepting strings or numbers etc for name and phone numbers. .
Now I need to check the values which were already inserted in the database.Suppose I have usercategories table in the database,it has categoryname column in which some values were already inserted.Now I have to compare those inserted values with my expected value so that if they are same then the test will pass,if not it fails.So I want to know how to connect to the database in this Unit Testing code and need to test my code with those values.
So can U post any unit test coding examples which are similar to the above task plz. . . . .
