inserting data into table

 Forgive my ignorance, but i've only just started using visual studio. 
I have a simple access table which i've been trying to insert data into.  Whenever i click the enter button I get the following error,  
 Conversion from string "Mod_Name, " to type 'Double' is not valid.  what is it i'm doing wrong ?
