I am working on a web app where i need user interface where user can select a specific hour of a day and specific day of the week, sought of 7x24 table with each cell corresponding to a specific hour of the day.
when the user wants to select a cell, the cell should change the color.
finally, in the code behind, comparing the color of the cell, i want to do some business logic...
can some one get me started? am not sure which control is best suited?
i was trying to use gridview, with some javascript to change color of the cell, but am lost as to how to compare colors on the server side as the color is persistent only on client side. please help, any ideas are appreciated.
