Once in a while I bump into a little issue. Like someone changing the code behind from a live app when I am out sick which then breaks the whole app and I can't really say "well that's your fault" :) so I learn to use Publish website (w/o the updatable setting) to handle most situations. However, there is this one application wherein a user needs to be able to change the html code in a couple of html pages onces every full blue moon but I need to stop changes on user controls that I created. Therefore, I want to precompiled the user controls to avoid changes on the live application but I want the guy to still be able to change the html pages that he needs to change. Is this possible?
