Hi,

in my asp.net web page, I have a simple file upload utility. I can upload files and they get saved to my database, but when I click refresh button I get the prompt "To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier." and the action gets executed again and the file gets uploaded again to the database, which I don't want! I know I can check the contentData to see if file has already been uploaded but this is really a bigger problem, would happen everywhere not just my upload action.

What is the best practice for this, is this what is supposed to happen, it seems like a bug to me, never see this sort of stuff happen on other web pages. Maybe there is another way of setting this up.. initially I thought I was not applying ado.net entitiy framework transaction correctly with the using and dispose() methods, but it has nothing to do with ...
