Encrpyted Connection string not working on my IIS

Hello 
I am using Windows XP and IIS 5.1 on Two PC's

Now on my One machine i have encrypted the connection string and Export The RSA Keys And i have createed the virtual directory on another machine and Host my application to another machine 
And import the RSA Key that i had created on previous PC

But I am not able to connect with encrypted connection string 

Please Help me I have read all article but still no solutions do you have any solution please guys help me.
