Is there a way to get UserId of the newly created account

Hi,
In my app, I'm using the Membership.CreateUser method to create a new user. However, I'll need the UserId -- not the UserName -- of the newly created account.
Is there a way to get the UserId in one shot or do I have to call GetUser method after CreateUser in order to get the UserId?
