The issue with the page cannot be displayed happens so often to me when I try to open the site in localhost. Sometimes the page load and sometimes the page cannot be displayed. When the page cannot be displayed, I refresh the browser or stop debugging and re-start the debugging and it works fine. I checked the internet connection and that is not the problem. I also enabled the SSL and TLS protocols in the Internet Option under the security section but still not solving the problem. Anyone familiars with this issue? Thank you very much
