how to convert a link in text to a clickable link

Hi all,

 I am now trying to write a text to a dynamic table cell but there are sometimes links that have to be converted to clickable links. How can i convert a link in a text that comes from a table column to a clickable link?  I mean I write a long text in a multineline textbox that includes a link to a column in the database. While reading this text from the database and writing it to a label, i should find that link and make it clickable. Is there a way to do this?
