Postback in Javascript without raising custom validators of the form

Hi,
 I need to postback my pack on the close of a popup. I use javascript. I tried the two following things
 
    mRadWindowRechercheGroupe.OnClientClose = "function OnClientClose(sender,args){document.forms[0].submit();}"
    but it validates the form


    mRadWindowRechercheGroupe.OnClientClose = "function OnClientClose(sender,args){window.location.href = window.location.href;}"
    but it clears the form of all it's data
