How to Convert a word document into HTMl format for displaying on web page

I am working on a application which required to display a word documnet and i made but when i click on the link to open the documet then it asks "Open, Save, Cancel" in a popup window, which is not desired. Then I desided to convert the document in HTML format then display on web page for that i tried some thing what evere i got and i Know about it but it is not working. I tried::
